Def Tha Jukie Homosapien
Era una notizia che aveva fatto sorridere i fan degli artisti in questione ed aspettava solo l’ufficialità che è arrivata oggi sul sito della Definitive Jux: il nuovo disco di Del Tha Funkee Homosapien uscirà proprio sotto la label di El-P il 26 Febbraio del prossimo anno. Del dichiara in proposito: “I look at this as an opportunity to spread the gospel a little thicker. El-P and I have known each other for a long time and I respect what he does. I see Def Jux out there doing their thing, I think we can help each other build new audiences. I’m looking forward to working with El-P and Def Jux on future projects as well.”
El-P dal canto suo sembra ancora più onorato, definendo Del uno dei suoi artisti preferiti e che farà il massimo per supportare il suo lavoro e quello della Hiero Imperium. Dalle parole di El-P traspare anche il fatto che “The 11th Hour” (questo il titolo già annunciato) sarà al 100% opera di Del. Non resta che attendere e sperare bene.
